For 20 years we have run precision injection moulding out of our Currumbin facility on the Gold Coast. It lets us produce engineering-grade plastic components in volumes that suit the job — whether that is a few hundred specialised parts or a run into the millions.
Not every mining component needs a million-unit run, and not every part is a one-off. The strength of injection moulding is that it scales, so the same process serves a short specialist run and a high-volume consumable equally well.
What sets a good moulder apart is the work that happens before the first shot. We contribute real design input to the tooling — getting wall sections, draft and gate positions right so the finished part performs and the tool runs cleanly.
Good tooling is an investment. Get the design right up front and every part that follows is better for it.
The same in-house capability serves our mining, medical and manufacturing customers, which keeps our standards high across the board.
