We designed ROLLSAFEGUARD to solve a specific, expensive problem underground: a vulnerable check valve on M2 Jumbo Rollovers taking impact damage and dragging the machine out of service. The result is a purpose-built guard that fits without touching the original equipment.

How it fits

ROLLSAFEGUARD is a solid urethane component that mounts to the position 1 and position 2 booms using the machine's existing M12 bolts, paired with stainless 12mm inserts moulded into the guard. There is no drilling, no cutting and no OEM modification — it goes on with the hardware already there.

• Solid urethane construction with 15mm walls to absorb and deflect impact
• Stainless 12mm inserts for secure, corrosion-resistant fastening
• Direct fit to pos 1 and pos 2 booms via existing M12 bolts
• Protects the check valve without altering the machine

Why urethane? It shrugs off the knocks that would crack a rigid guard, resists abrasion in a filthy environment, and keeps its shape shift after shift. It is the right material for a component whose whole job is taking hits.

The goal was protection you can bolt on in minutes and forget about — no engineering sign-off to modify the machine, no compromise on the original design.

ROLLSAFEGUARD is manufactured in-house at our Currumbin facility on the Gold Coast, so we control the material, the tooling and the finish end to end.
